Heather had a loose roller.

"...couldn't have done it without your help." Followinf your instructions I took the machine apart a little further and it seems the bolt that holds the rear roller is not catching because the back bumper that runs across the belt is broken where you would screw the bolt into.

I am now in search for a replacement part. You have been very helpful so far and I truly appreciate the follow up. Thank you so much for your help.

Paul thanks for all your help.

I did order the report and read it, it does provide a lot of valuable info on the maintenance of a treadmill . But what is more valuable is the opportunity to ask some one like you the questions, and get answers from someone that has done this before . I checked the speed sensor as you suggested and as soon as I adjusted it the treadmill worked fine.

Paul , what I did not tell you was My Father in law had a service person look at this treadmill and got a written estimate for over $400.00 plus he paid $80.00 for the estimate. The repair guy wrote the treadmill needed a new motor controller and a wiring kit. With your advice I fixed it in 15 minutes and no new parts, thanks again

Eugene saved almost $500.00. You might save hundreds on treadmill repair with the information included in the treadmill report too.

Thanks Paul! I fixed my treadmill! Paul, Your treadmill report saved me time and money. I would have probably had to wait days to get a service man out here. The only time one came here before he charged me over $300. With your report I fixed my problem in less than an hour of clicking, printing, reading and acting. Glad to have your report to keep my 21 year old treadmill in top shape.

Thanks for your advice!

Did you know that the current charge for a repair technician to come to your home and repair your treadmill is between $90.00 to $150.00 an hour! Don't spend that amount of money until you have given it your best shot. I know you can troubleshoot your own treadmill!

Lisa was excited to get her treadmill running!

"You certainly may use my testimonial! "

Everyone should buy your manual and try to fix their treadmill before they call a repairman. Thank you! I finally figured that out after much prying and pulling. I was able to fix my treadmill!! Thank you so much. All it took was using a can of air to blow the motor/belts, vacuuming out the black residue, greasing the elevation chain, and pushing in the connectors on the motherboard. WOW! I am so happy! Buying your manual was the best money I have ever spent!!

Paul- Thanks for the report. Yes, your report would have helped but, I called a treadmill repair service and he found and repaired the problem in 15 minutes for his minimum charge of $120.00!

I had a speed sensor problem with my Model One Treadmill. You addressed this problem in your Troubleshooting Tips 1. C.

Wished I had emailed you earlier for your report and saved some money!

Don't let the cheap price fool you, there's a lot of good information in this report.

P.S. You invested a lot of money when you purchased your treadmill. Don't throw it out and buy a new one, or spend hundreds for repairs when you may be able to fix it for the price of a tank of gas.
